Today, I’m here to share some strategies that can you to turn negativity into positivity, and in turn, change your results.

The Power of Positivity

In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it’s all too easy to fall into a cycle of negativity. Deadlines, meetings, performance reviews, family events, daily life – they can all cast a shadow over your day. But what if I told you that it’s possible to flip the script? To replace that negativity with positivity and change your results? Sounds like a tall order, doesn’t it? But trust me, it’s doable.


Before you can start to plan your success goals, there are many things that you need to understand before you can be sure that the goals you set are really the ones you want.

One of those things is to determine if there are any Limiting Beliefs that can stop you from actually achieving those goals.

Strategies to Shift Your Focus

Let’s dive into some strategies that can help you make this shift.

  1. Embrace the Negative: Sounds counterintuitive, doesn’t it? But here’s the thing – negative thoughts are a part of life. Instead of beating yourself up over them, accept them as a part of your journey. Remember, even the smoothest road has a few bumps.
  2. Own Your Thoughts: Your thoughts are your own. They come from within you. And the best part? You have the power to control them. It’s like being the captain of your own ship – you decide where it goes.
  3. Keep Negativity in Check: Once you’ve recognized your negative thoughts, make a pact with yourself to not share this negativity with those around you. It’s like containing a wildfire before it spreads.
  4. Flip Your Mood: Ever heard of the saying, “Turn that frown upside down”? It’s all about flipping your mood, like flipping a switch. One moment you’re in the dark, the next, you’re bathed in light.
  5. Find the Silver Lining: Every cloud has a silver lining, and every negative situation has a positive aspect. It’s all about finding it. For instance, you might be stuck in traffic, but hey, it gives you more time to listen to your favorite podcast.
  6. Adopt a Mantra: Find a phrase that resonates with you and use it as your mantra. It could be something as simple as “Don’t sweat the small stuff.” Repeat it to yourself whenever you find negativity creeping in.
  7. Look Ahead: If you find yourself plagued by negative thoughts, allow yourself to look into the future. Imagine a productive day at work or a dinner with a friend. It’s like shining a beacon of positivity to dispel the darkness.
  8. Celebrate Your Success: Once you’ve managed to flip your negativity into positivity, give yourself a pat on the back. You’ve earned it!
